Connecting consumers with third-party clean energy providers and affiliates, including SwitchPowerPlan.com.

We act as a broker and facilitator only. We do not control the terms, pricing, or approval decisions of third-party providers.


3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

Use our services only for lawful purposes.

Not interfere with or disrupt the operation of our websites or systems.

Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Estimates: Any cost or savings estimates provided are for informational purposes only and may vary based on provider terms, utility rates, and other factors.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Collective Power LLC and its affiliates (including SwitchPowerPlan.com) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services.

Our maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid to Collective Power LLC in the six (6) months prior to the claim, whichever is greater.
